Smile Makeover in Guildford, Surrey
Our smile makeovers in Guildford, Surrey combine treatments like whitening, veneers, composite bonding, orthodontics and implants in a bespoke plan to help you achieve the smile you want.
Composite Bonding
For many smile makeover patients in Guildford, composite bonding is a key part of a plan that can be completed under one roof at our clinic. Your dentist applies a tooth-coloured material to the natural tooth, then hardens it with a special light to repair and restore it. Because minimal drilling and preparation are involved, local anaesthetic is often unnecessary.
Bonding is frequently used to fix chips and cracks, add length to teeth, alter their shape, close gaps and improve discoloured teeth. Treatment can generally be carried out in one visit, following a thorough consultation to decide which approach suits you best.
Porcelain veneers for a natural-looking result
A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain fitted to the front of a tooth to cover discolouration, breakages, gaps or misalignment. Veneers mimic the properties of natural teeth for a natural-looking finish, with only minimal preparation of the tooth. At your free initial consultation in Guildford, your dentist will find out what you would like to change about your smile and why, agree a bespoke plan, explain the cost and answer your questions. A wax mock-up is then made in the lab so you can visualise your new smile before treatment begins.
